Bunheads Original Ouch Pouch. A thin layer of gel material inside two pieces of fabric creates a comfortable pouch. Cushioning covers the ball of the foot and keeps pads from sliding or bunching. Soft seams flatten on pointe. Reversible toe pad. The toe pad does not have an extreme u-form on the top part of the foot (i.e. can show outside of the pointe shoe).
Hand wash with mild detergent. Allow to air dry completely. Nude colour only. One size only. 2 per package.

Ouch Pouches helps relieve minor pain when en pointe. Especially helpful for beginners until they become accustomed to the sensation of being on pointe.
Please keep in mind that these pouches should be taken out of the pointe shoes to dry after every use! If left in the shoe, it will keep the shoe moist and shorten their lifespan. They can also be cut to size.
