Gel Ouch Pouch® Alleviates Pressure in Pointe Shoes
Dance freely and alleviate pressure in your pointe shoes with the Ouch Pouch®. The crescent shaped pad has a thin layer of gel material inside a fabric pouch. Best suited for a tapered or moderate foot, or for the dancer who prefers more padding under the foot than the Ouch Pouch Jr.®.

Bunheads Ouch Pouch toe pads are made of a thin layer of gel material inside a fabric pouch. The Ouch Pouch offers coverage for the bunion areas, a deep cut vamp to match the line of the pointe shoe, and a sleek shape that hugs the foot and keeps pads from sliding or bunching.
Proprietary gel formulation helps prevent “wear spots” or “bottoming out”. Our toe pads are washable, reusable and can be cut to size.
Reversible toe pad. Hand wash with mild detergent. Allow to air dry completely. 1 Pair per package.
Please keep in mind that these pouches should be taken out of the pointe shoes to dry after every use!! If left in the shoe, it will keep the shoe moist and shorten their lifespan.
