Delivery and Shipment

Our payment system is secured with SSL certificate.
Shipping charges
The shipping costs are CHF 5.00 per order. Vouchers are sent free of shipping charges as long as no other items are purchased.
Shipping is free of charge if your order exceeds CHF 250.- (eligible items). In the event of a stock error and we are unable to immediately dispatch the items, we will e-mail you with an estimated dispatch date. In this case, we will send the item free of charge.
Shipping with "Signature"
Life Dancewear GmbH does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. If items are returned without paying proper postage, it will not be delivered. If you want to prevent packages from being stolen from your mailbox, you can select the "delivery with Signature" during the payment process. With this option, the package cannot be delivered without a signature. An additional delivery expenses of CHF 5.- will be charged for this option.
If a false or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, the customer must pay the return charges.
Delivery/Transport
All deliveries are made with Swiss post. Deliveries are only possible in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Delivery time
Deliveries will be carried out from 3-5 (three to five) working days from the receipt of payment.
When out-of-stock items are ordered, Life Dancewear GmbH cannot guarantee delivery times as the delivery will be dictated by the supplier. In this case, we will inform our customer with the estimated delivery date via e-mail.
If there is an extended delivery time for the out-of-stock item, you can get a refund for the purchase. The paid amount will be reimbursed as per our refund policy.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. The article must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the order date in the original packaging and in an ‘unused’ original condition. Upon receipt and approval of the condition of the article by Life Dancewear GmbH, the customer will be refunded the price of the item (see below regarding repayment options).
If any product is returned after the aforementioned 14 days, Life Dancewear GmbH will not accept the item and will return it to the customer at the expense of the customer.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 (fourteen) days if it is in the original packaging and in new condition. The customer will pay the return postage costs. If Life Dancewear GmbH deems the return acceptable and the item is acceptable for return, we will refund the customer as per the following:
-if paid via bank transfer, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account
-if paid via credit card, the refund amount will be refunded to your credit card. You will see the refund on your next statement. We cannot guarantee or influence the refund time
-if paid via Post Finance, the refund amount will be returned to your post account.
Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 days after the notice of Life Dancewear GmbH's acceptance of the return.
Defective product
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact Life Dancewear GmbH to start the correct return procedure. The customer must describe the detectable defect in writing within 8 (eight) days of receipt of the product for the return to be possible. If no contact is made within these 8 days, the purchase will be considered as successfully completed.
The defective article must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of its receipt. The post date will be considered proof of send date.
Any items with production defects detected during the first wear of the product can be returned if it is still in original condition and returned in its original packaging. If the condition of the returned item is deemed acceptable by Life Dancewear GmbH, the product will be replaced free of charge (this includes delivery costs). If the customer does not want the item to be replaced, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy (see above).

Sale, Price and Payment Systems
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Life Dancewear GmbH reserves the right to change prices. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will refund your money via bank transfer to a swiss bank account or store credit.
Delivery costs are added prior to final payment and can be seen in Total Cost amount.
Order processing
By placing an order via our Online Shop (www.lifedancewear.ch) you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale as stated by Life Dancewear GmbH.
In order to enter into a contract with Life Dancewear GmbH, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Life Dancewear GmbH retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.
A contract between Life Dancewear GmbH and yourself is initiated after you click the "Order with an obligation to pay“ button. Clicking the button also confirms your intent to purchase the goods listed in the goods basket. You will then receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of the order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the order.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch additional products that are not listed in the original order. In this case, you must place a new order on our Internet site (www.lifedancewear.ch).
Payment
Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The authorization and debit process will be conducted by the third party, Payrexx Platform (www.payrexx.com). The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation e-mail, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
Payment only per Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, JCB) or advanced payment (bank credit transfer/Postcard) possible! (bank details here).
The product will be dispatched upon payment receipt.

How is your personal information collected?

Storage and retention of your personal data
a. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. b. We will keep your information stored on our systems for as long as it takes to provide the services to you. We may keep your data for longer than our stated retention period if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons. We may also keep it for research, preventing conflicts of interests or statistical purposes. If we do, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your privacy and only used for those purposes. Any third-party we engage to provide services on our behalf will keep your data stored on their systems for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you. Google Analytics will retain their data for a period of 14 months (Note that this 14 month period will renew after each new activity on the website).
c. Any contact details stored on our client relationship management database will be removed from our mailing lists if they do not interact with our emails (i.e. open emails or click on links within them) for a certain period following which they will be moved to an archive folder before being deleted permanently. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity, financial and transaction data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
d. Life Dancewear GmbH operates with a SSL certificate as indicated by the "s" in https://. This certificate is a type of encryption that allows for secure connections between our server and browser. Data exchanges will be better secured and protected.
Sending your information outside of the EEA
a. If we need to share your personal data with a recipient outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) (e.g. a professional advisor or third party engaged by us or you as part of our work under an engagement letter) we will ensure we do so in compliance with European Data Protection Legislation, including where applicable by ensuring that the transfer is necessary to perform a contract in place with you.
