With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
These silicon spacers normally sit between the first and second toes. They keep the first toe in a straight position, minimizing the formation of painful bunions. They can also be worn with other dance shoes as well as with normal street shoes. They are made of medical grade silicon and can be washed by hand using mild detergent. It is recommended that they are washed after every use. Use of baby powder after drying them can keep them longer in original condition. Please note that they can become discoloured with time.
