Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are not possible. The article must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the order date in the original packaging and in an ‘unused’ original condition. Upon receipt and approval of the condition of the article by Life Dancewear, the customer will be refunded the price of the item (see below regarding repayment options). 

If any product is returned after the aforementioned 14 days, Life Dancewear will not accept the item and will return it to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Returns are possible within 14 (fourteen) days if it is in the original packaging and in new condition. The customer will pay the return postage costs. If Life Dancewear deems the return acceptable and the item is acceptable for return, we will refund the customer as per the following:
-if paid via bank transfer, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account

-if paid via credit card, the refund amount will be refunded to your credit card. You will see the refund on your next statement. We cannot guarantee or influence the refund time

-if paid via Post Finance, the refund amount will be returned to your post account.

Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 days after the notice of Life Dancewear's acceptance of the return.

Defective product
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact Life Dancewear to start the correct return procedure. The customer must describe the detectable defect in writing within 8 (eight) days of receipt of the product for the return to be possible. If no contact is made within these 8 days, the purchase will be considered as successfully completed.

The defective article must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of its receipt. The post date will be considered proof of send date.

Any items with production defects detected during the first wear of the product can be returned if it is still in original condition and returned in its original packaging. If the condition of the returned item is deemed acceptable by Life Dancewear, the product will be replaced free of charge (this includes delivery costs). If the customer does not want the item to be replaced, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy (see above).
