Bunheads Pro Pad® has a thin layer of gel material inside two pieces of fabric to create a comfortable pouch on top of the foot. There is only a thin fabric layer on the bottom of the pad (i.e. there is no gel padding on the bottom). Soft seams flatten on pointe.
Best suited for wide foot or for the dancer who prefers minimal padding.

Dance freely and alleviate pressure in your pointe shoes with the Pro Pad®.
The Pro Pad is designed with no gel under the foot area so the dancer has only thin fabric under the toes and balls of the feet. This allows the dancer to have better contact with the floor when dancing.
The cushioning covers the ball of the foot, as well as the toes and bunion areas. It includes a deeper cut vamp to allow for a better match with the vamp outline of the pointe shoe. Also has a sleek shape that hugs the foot and keeps pads from sliding or bunching. The seams flatten when worn so the dancer does not feel them when dancing.
Please keep in mind that these pouches should be taken out of the pointe shoes to dry after every use! If left in the shoe, it will keep the shoe moist and shorten their lifespan.
